Slater Street Studios

Since the early 1990's, Slater Studios has developed along with the changing face of the Ropewalks. Once it was home to Liverpool’s indie music scene: Cream, The La’s, The Farm and Oceanic were all based here. We revistied and refurbished the space to bring an even better mix of commercial space including eight retail units all gaining fantastic footfall thanks to their prominent street-level facades. On the upper floors, we created 24 affordable and flexible workspaces which fast became home to start ups and creative businesses.
